My favorite plant magic is assigning the plant to a friend, the connection is stronger when that friend gifted the plant.

If the plant seems sad, check in with the friend. They're usually going through something too and are glad to talk it through with a friend 🥰

I notice if my skin is weird like too dry and flaky or if I'm breaking out, if I'm craving tons of sweets, or if I'm feeling low energy. That's when I think I might benefit from doing one.

I find after I do a cleanse I have much better energy and endurance, my skin gets better, and I stop craving sweets and binge eating.

It's not me who craves sugar... It's the parasites 😱
