In Norway, it dropped the price of energy 20%

Cheap electricity definitely helps, but it only matters if you actually have the hardware to use it. Even if I had solar panels and effectively free electricity, I still couldn’t mine Bitcoin without an ASIC miner. So for me, access to mining hardware is just as important as access to cheap energy...
