Ah I see, it seems like she was originally a humanoid candy cane and a red-head now but her hair has desaturated leaving only the red specular highlights from her original hair in her now dark hair and the majority of her stripes have migrated and concentrated on her newly grown tail which is red tipped just like her extremities (hands & feet).
