1. Overall experience is nice. I'm not good at saying good things, but I use your web frontend often enough, must be for a reason.
2. I see you struggle with regular outages. It's weird, taking into account that hosting providers you use are pretty mainstream. BTW main page currently redirects to https://yakihonne.com/unsupported/index
3. It's hard to enumerate exactly one thing.
Killswitch for DMs. I think all non-DM-focused clients should have it; otherwise we load relays with unnecessary repetitive requests (especially those who think they will "fix" the issue by installing all kinds of clients), they rate-limit our requests/connections, and people possibly lose some messages.
For some of us it possibly becomes even harder to understand what's wrong with DM every time. I personally may allow signing DM-specific in various clients, not because I want them there but to avoid possible bugs. I see DM notifications in your client, but I don't really want them, I'm happy with Armada right now.
I'd love to have kind 10000 mute list "word" tag support and kind 10006 blocked relays as well.
Having a "my (sub)thread—my rules" kind of moderation option would be relevant today as well:
