Wait, in which country is the left trying to send Ukrainian (military age men) back (where they'd presumably go straight to prison for desertion)?

In The Netherlands only Wilders proposes this. He's generally considered far right (though economically he's leftist). For him it's a way to spend less on defense and reduce costs for social services. It's not the only group he wants to deport, nor the most urgent one.

Agree that labels are a mess.
