Both the CPU and motherboard should be covered by the warranties from AMD and ASRock. However, it's typically a hassle to get this dealt with and we need another build machine right away. We'll likely buy a new CPU and motherboard. Can upgrade the 5950X machine after the dead parts are replaced.
