GM #nostr - Bit nervous about getting up and doing stuff today as my back went bad on me three times yesterday and I had to lay out, once at a mates, once at church and once at another mates. Bloody awkward, and embarrassing having to lay down on the floor and wait for ten or 15 minutes.

Apparently chiropractors are my best bet. Anyone else think they're worth the money? I'm still wary of paying someone to turn me in to a piece of living origami.

I spent my day yesterday vomiting from my spine pain. I know exactly how you feel. I would never recommend you a chiropractor, those people can paralyse you. Maybe rather physiotherapy, also make sure you eat well to reduce the inflammation of your spine and plank. Do a lot of planking. 💯🔥✨...

I have a similar issue, DDD, being tall with a Buddha belly doesn’t help either 😅. I got an inversion table and that helps relieve the pressure, that’s about the extent I am willing to go. When I am dealing with my back, letting someone start cracking and twisting me does not sound like a go...

I went once, did wonders for me in the first few sessions, diminishing returns after that.

If you find good chiropractor, it can really help you. But if you find the bad one, it can really hurt you

Read “Back Mechanic”, it can help you get to functional, there can be lots of causes for back pain. Once you are out of urgent pain, check out Knees over toes guy back exercise program to overcome fear of using your back again. Good luck. And I would not suggest a chiropractor.

Have you tried stretching that focuses on your back? Then you progress to "tai chi" for beginners. It helps your balance slowly and improve your breathing which distresses you. Once you feel comfortable you can move on to moderate. After that is start with yoga for beginners whilst continuing the t...

I have a gravity inversion table. The best thing is muscle realignment therapy.
