Meteorological weapons? Really? I'm a moderate/rational conspiracy theorist, but I've always beem somewhat skeptical about effective meteorological weapons deployment. I'm not saying they are not researching on them or havent been testing them for decades. I'm saying that they seem mostly ineffective or unstable if you read the papers or, better, check the outcomes. If they are both so secretive and effective why not using them on China? Or on North Korea? Or on Russia?

Draughts, tornados, hurricane, floods are a common thing of nature, i wouldnt disturb secret weapons, but I may be wrong eh
