No paperwork, no tax problems, silver parachute guaranteed at 65. Two worry free vacations a year. Some like their jobs, they get to focus on what they enjoy and someone else sets their price. Never have to worry about incentives, markets, sales. Just clock in, go to my office or lab workbench and work away.
