I've never actually seen any of the Atari computers in person. I think a 5200 is basically just a 400 stuffed into a console.

Growing up, my uncle always left his hand-me consoles at my grandmothers for us to play. When I was about 6 or 7, the dog chewed the cord and that was the end of it. I was in college when she died, when we were cleaning out her house they were just going to chuck it, so someone fixed it for me. Its universally hated for the controller, but I have a soft spot for it.
