@nprofile1q... yeah... it's a nightmare honestly. They often run slower than through Proton, depend on random libs nobody ships anymore and things just randomly break over time.

Maybe as flatpak if they come with everything they need, but how it was approached initially just doesn't work.

Besides a lot of indie devs, nobody really cares and they just drop support even breaking multiplayer... it's annoying really.
