My husband works in auto parts retail, & people come in & yell at him that he's wrong about which part they need because their AI bot said something different. They scream into their phones & hold up the screen to show him.

Then they come back later, mad that they got the "wrong" part (the one they bought because the machine told them to even though he told them it wouldn't work on their vehicle).
