eww why are many Americans so gross, always seem to be filled with tattoos everywhere. The criminals always end up having tattoos everywhere and even the police seem to have tattoos everywhere. Seems to be an American culture thing.

Luckily, I believe it's only about 30% of Americans that have tattoos. Still. majority of Americans have no tattoos and are nice people.

Those with tats or face/body piercings are to be avoided. It's the equivalent of wearing a sign that says, "I'm emotionally damaged, impulsive, and don't understand the long-term consequences of my actions." Tats are absolutely a great filtering mechanism.
