Having some wouldn't hurt

I don't understand why it has to be zaps on lightning? Is there a reason they can't just have a "send btc" button for regular btc wallets?

Why wouldn't you have these functions? asking for a friend.. In saying that, from a normie perspective I used Damas for a long time on my ipad and couldnt really get lightning wallet to work without a fair bit of friction etc.
