⚡️🇪🇺 NEW - Ursula von der Leyen confirms that there will be a European app for authentication on social media.

The European Union will therefore have access to the ID cards of all Europeans, who will be required to present them in order to log in to social media.

Von der Leyen states that this app is “easy to use” and “protects privacy.”

She explains that it will be like a permit required for children to access social media. A bill will be proposed after the summer break.
