I think the key is in the noticing.
Whatever it is that you're noticing (21, 444, 67, 69, etc) that combination, that pattern, has significance to you.
It allows the universe to tap you on the shoulder & ask do you notice? Can you hear me?
To me, it's like the universe says "Hey Brisket - you still awake? Did you see what I lined up for you? Go see what that feels like. 🤣
