As much I have studied, only casino dice that too rolled on a bouncy surface gives true entropy which is bit higher than a hardware wallet entropy. Seedstick doesn’t qualify as true randomness.

I would just do dice rolls personally.

As far as I’ve read these should give you good entropy, you can also print bip39 words list, cut them individually and put them in a hat and pick them, that should work too.
