*you are incapable of truly owning land.* Nobody will just recognize your claim to land and honor it because "rights." All land in existence has come to be owned in this way, some big guy said "you can't come here"

That is an argument against any ownership. Cars, printing press or even your time. At the end of the day force can take it and if someone wants to take it from you, only force can protect you.

You are basically admitting that your proposed society doesn't respect individual rights. As an outcome, your society will not have freedom.

And that is the reason society invented rights. To subvert politics to morality. So that society can understand what is the moral way to organize itself.
