Bip110 is effectively a hard fork because it will split the chain. I'm not interested in hard forking or chain splits. My focus is on helping as many people to use Bitcoin as possible, which would solve all the problems bip110 aims to solve without any changes to the code. Bitcoin doesn't need to change it just needs more people transacting.
