Hi #digipres friendies. I'm helping an org determine normalization practices for preservation formats. We will only normalize at-risk formats such as proprietary formats, e.g. raw camera files.

I'm curious if folks have read articles or seen a good presentation recently on strategies for achieving this at scale, if institutions are keeping the original files that are unlikely to be accessible later, etc.

Choosing the formats to migrate to is the easy part :) I'm looking for strategy insights.
