Retoswap and Bisq have good liquidity in BTC/XMR. If you are only doing the swap to gain price exposure to BTC then you can live with the BTC you get and swap back a part of it to XMR whenever you want to spend in future.

Also when using BTC that has touched Bisq, Retoswap or Ashigaru, that action will be obvious in the UTXO history, so when spending BTC put through Ashigaru or acquired from Bisq or Retoswap, the receiver if they are cucked by the Government can decide to fuck you over based on that chain history.
