that's a strawman. it's not my crusade at all.

bitcoin fails if the vast majority of users are intermediated in their ownership. there is no "censorship-resistance" or "sovereignity" in that setup, but that's not all. the 21m cap also does not exist in that world as far as price discovery is concerned.
