If Core devs changed Bitcoin policy specifically because "Citrea faced this situation" (144-byte ZK proofs) and "entities like Citrea are using unprunable outputs," that's not a coincidence - it's cap...

You proved my point. Core changed Bitcoin policy for Citrea's "needs" (Poinsot's blog, Todd's PR), and Citrea couldn't be arsed to use it. They still run 80-byte + fake outputs. The change was made "for them" (instagibbs: "harm reduction for Citrea"), they said "nah we good," and Core merged it any...
