Hurrah for #Victorinox! Almost 30 years ago I got - as a gift - one of their knives, a gentleman's multi-tool. It had all the tools a gentleman needs: a cigar cutter, a bottle opener, a cork screw, and a knife. Plus some others. But after all that time it was getting a bit poorly. Everything was blunt, the joints were stiff and out of alignment. So I posted it to them, and a month later it came back as good as new.
