1. Adding what I'm calling the "Colleen clause" for users who are active Fedi users, but also sell things. The purpose isn't to prevent rela users who are artists, creator...

Spurious reporting will result in account restrictions (internally) or report rejection (externally)
The "Colleen Exception" is for users who are actively using their account as intended but also sell creative works on a 3rd party platform. Artistic creativity is encouraged.
Promotion of other products, eg: a new game launched, manga for sale, etc. is permitted as long as it is not the express purpose of the account.
Only reports will be actioned. Tagging, messaging, etc. is not logged and can be easily missed. Use the report function when needed.
