did the nail gun destroy carpentry?

anyone could argue endlessly on what constitutes “real” carpentry

but we can say with certitude that there is a market for amish furniture and a market for bob’s furniture warehouse.

i think we can safely assume, if an amish person were to use a nail gun, they probably would make a decent piece


is it true?
does it hep me fit my actions to the world?
these are the more important questions imo.
