Faust the abilities actually have a minor negative synergy, where the first one is normally good because once the card resolves you get to play that land and there's no way to prevent that from happening, but here the second ability triggers and the creature can be killed in response, negating this benefit. wizards don't normally print things like this so it may be inspired by the character
