What about an application (mobile/desktop) where you can select your video and it will automatically add it as a torrent. A thumbnail, title and description is indexed, you can search. When a video is watched, you're downloading and playing it. Decentralized, so no hosting necessary, no one who can deny you anything, except for your domain name and dns server.

You have to be able to get the content from somewhere. The only reliable place to get it, is the uploader themselves. Many have even tried this, most recently Luis Rossman shared an app they were working on to make it easy for creators to publish to all places, but I think that died earlier this yea...
