Throughout all the shenanigans of the last 48 hours a few different people I chatted up said I just HAD to have "Texas Twinkies" which is brisket stuffed jalapeno peppers wrapped in bacon and deep fried.

I got some to go as a victory lap for successfully landing in Dallas, getting to my hotel room, then getting to the meeting (only fell twice 😫), then participating throughout the meeting on only 3 hours of sleep.
