@nprofile1q... You should see what the various "Chinese" tarot decks are like. I think I've seen precisely one that actually attempted to use matching symbolism (the Dragon/Long deck) ... and that was iffy.
The rest were basically "find Chinese paintings from thousands of years apart and give them a tarot name".
