Once again, you have a choice: don’t publish your code or book if you don’t want them to be copied.

And if someone does copy them and you don’t like it, you should better protect your code or book.

If you think there’s more value in not publishing your code or book than in publishing it and risking "piracy" then don’t publish it.

I disagree. Sorry. Code is real, it is property. It exists. It's not an idea. It's concrete. There is a difference between patents and copyrighting a concrete project.
