Can you please expand, explain why, regarding wiping after doing the test send with your new seed (bullet #5):

"after receiving the test amount wipe your new device (reset) and then import the new seed and enter the passphrase when the device asks you to."

To make sure, that you have the correct seed as well as the correct passphrase. If both is ok you should see the amount of the test send you did before in your wallet.
