No. I'm fairly convinced that they don't have a clue how to fix anything and are probably burning tokens at an enormous rate to try to un-bork primal, but they can't so we hear nothing.

Let’s hope you never fell for their premium service. On Amethyst, you simply zap the devs instead of signing up for a subscription to something that doesn't work and where just like in Clown World, you have thousands of fake followers. 😉
