As is? I dont think so.. But rrgardless, it is easily derivable, but just because it is possible to do something, doesn't mean you should do it. We avoid doing possible but stupid things all the time....

it's really quite disturbing that this conversation is even happening. sure, make a keychain from the nsec as root, but to directly use the key as a bitcoin key, is just plain retarded.

from the bitcoin whitepaper / BitcoinTalk posts:

I derived a key from a 12 word mnemonic and used the key to generate an nsec. The 1st Taproot address of the 12 words doffered from the first address derived from the nsec. Anyone know why? I think it's because the naec is derived from a hash of the words, but the Bitcoin wallet considers each word ...
