ChipTuner on nostr

Any recommendations on a pay-per-use cloud inference provider that doesn't require KYC or phone number? I'm not very satisfied with the popular "private" options and I won't be using it much so a subscription is a huge waste for me now but I need OpenAI API access. Access to a variety of popular models is nice and open weight models are all I need.
