You know – the same way that people in the Bitcoin and Nostr circles often call each other ‘retards’. They don’t REALLY think that the people here have intellectual disabilities. It’s just a joke. In fact, I think that many people here consider themselves very clever.
And I don’t think that anyone outside of the Bitcoin and Nostr circles refers to you, me or somebody else in these circles as “a pleb” or as “a retard”. At least I hope they don't 😂
But it would be fun to know if "a normie"/newbie, who has just started to use Nostr, sees it differently.
