Monzo eventually refunded the 31.99 they owed me, which they multiple times claimed they did not owe me.

Monzo nevertheless followed through their complaints process, and found in my favour, and offered me Β£50, which I accepted.

Still, shit company, disrecommended.

I closed the credit card that they offered essentially zero support with when I got ripped off by a fake website (it was a VERY convincing site, several colleagues saw it and agreed). But I’ll keep the current account aspect open for now as it’s useful to have a spare. I was intending to close...
