The current bottlebeck here is now that the sqlite3 database is able to process all the inserts.
But I guess than can be improved by a factor 1000 when I read this blog https://www.codegenes.net/blog/improve-insert-per-second-performance-of-sqlite/. If applied, inserting 18+ million records in the database will be done in a couple of minutes.
