Can you use something you only uniquely have (and digitized, like a piece of one of your fingerprints) be used as a variable when creating something random (in the context of entropy)?

I always learned that for the best security for getting access to something
1. You need to know something (pin / passphrase)
2. You need to have something (psychical)
3. You need to get something (like a access token)
