It all depends on one's perspectives and desires... I currently enjoy nostr as it is. But someone in your case may have different goals and expectations.

Nostr could pop at some point soon as other platforms tighten down and censor, but the competition has achieved network effect, which is powerful and makes it harder for people to leave.
