I have heard the thanksgiving story.

But the story only works if we are led to believe that there are only 2 options. Communism and Capitalism.

What if there were more than 2 options?
What if not Communism isn't always capitalism? Was the whole world capitalist before Marx?

That idea that everyone would get the same regardless, that was a new invention, a new idea. And not the norm.

And the solution was not Capitalism, it was just farmers doing what they have always done.
