I am so sorry for LA.
Not my Nation not even my continent but this is still terrible news.

The oil price went up in USA too though and that made everything more expensive and that hurt everyone and that is not good for the market.
We have more than one year reserves but our prices wen't up anyways. And with them everything else.
With fewer words. Short time gains, long time losses.

The moment USA is out of Oman China and or Russia will move in.
What little was gained referring to the oil market will be lost. Because no one will do business with a nation that can't be trusted.
I think Trump has seriously damaged decades of american diplomacy.
The UAE is leaving OPEC. This is a tremendous blow to the Petrodollar system.
But perhaps he made the world forget that USA just colonized Venezuela.

So 60 days war with no approval and nothing was gained from this war, instead it was a huge loss for USA and the world market.
I don't think it is more of this, the clock is reset, than Trump actually pulling out.

The War Powers Resolution of 1973 requires that a president remove U.S. troops from a conflict within 60 days unless Congress authorizes continued operations
The Trump administration's strikes against Iran reached this 60-day mark around May 1, 2026, without seeking congressional approval
So does this mean that after "the war is over" he can engage in another 60 days conflict with Iran?
Or does it mean that he didn't seek approval because he knew he wouldn't get it?
