The only thing new about that is the last bullet and frankly that's an obvious conclusion. Jason makes it sound like it opens up new warfare vectors but it doesn't really.
It is a new vector because you can't just, as Iran or Russia, open up more Visa and Stripe servers and compete with your military adversaries economically. With Bitcoin you can.
