Interesting post. One's personal comfort is one thing, depends on so many details.

But the one thing I've stuck to rigidly over 13 years: I *never* recommend buying, to anyone. I will sometimes recommend *not* buying, though, if asked. If a person is asking, they're probably not in the right mindset for this asset.
