This is what happened with The Finders in Washington DC. There was an initial investigation bc the Tallahassee Police found a group of these children with their handlers in Tallahassee. The investigation revealed they were from DC so the investigation moves to DC with a couple of Tallahassee guys tagging along. They get a call from the CIA, the investigation was shut down with the statement that it was an "internal CIA matter." How is a bunch of children being abused, filmed in porn videos and otherwise exploited and trafficked a 'CIA internal matter?'
