⚡🚨 NEW - Billionaire Tom Pritzker, the cousin of Governor JB Pritzker, has stepped down as executive chairman of Hyatt Hotels after being named in the Epstein files.
Pritzker says he "deeply" regrets his ties with Epstein and says he "exercised terrible judgment."
"Good stewardship also means protecting Hyatt, particularly in the context of my association with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell which I deeply regret,” Pritzker said.
"I exercised terrible judgment in maintaining contact with them, and there is no excuse for failing to distance myself sooner."
The Epstein files revealed that Pritzker maintained close contact with Epstein and Maxwell for a decade after Epstein's solicitation charges.
"The girl from Romania that you met at my house, is currently living in london, can we see if there is a starting position in any of the hotels," Epstein wrote in one email.
Pritzker responded by asking Epstein to send him her resume.
