Still haven't pulled the trigger on a (expensive) set of noni stainless pans and pots. I had a quick google around and there are a a lot of nickel free knives out there in stainless (stacks of 18/0 ones pop up) is the titanium to get you away from the chromium also? I have not spent enough time on this topic but non-toxic kitchenware is super important, so much exposure there.
