The IRS doesn't do that tho, and never has. The ONLY thing that the federal income tax does is pay down the national debt.
As for taxation in general, I'd argue its theft regardless of what its used...
I willingly pay a tax and would pay more IF I thought the system was fairly distributed, as well as productive to making our lives better. That’s my opinion. If you want to Op out of taxation, sure, just make sure you do not use any of society’s infrastructure to sustain your life. I too was an anarchist at one point.
