I don't care if the AI was overwhelmed. A human who isn't up to the task might get flustered by too many details, but an artificial intelligence? And it won't get embarrassed by admitting some calculations are simply beyond it.
The people who build these AIs put guardrails on certain topics (like who it's masters are) but the bots mimic confidence and competence in every other field.
