Love the idea but how would that fix the issue of bad / politically motivated agents making updates? Is it because the edits are tied to an identity? (Just keen to learn more, not trying to be provocative)

I guess the Wikipedia content can be used as starters.. some web crawling. Issue is how do you mediate? or if you dont how do you deal with someone with more clout than you simply claiming false stuff about you? it is a difficult problem.
